Richard joined ALM in 2019 as Head of Marketing after two years working as VP Aircraft Marketing at Castlelake prior to which he was with Falko Regional Aircraft as Portfolio Development Manager. 

He holds a master's degree from Cranfield University in Air Transport Management. At ALM, Richard is focused on the sourcing and project management of aircraft remarketing campaigns and portfolio expansion opportunities, whilst continually developing and maintaining relationships with airlines, lessors and other aviation investors.
