Omar Mian is senior director of Customer Finance for the Middle East, Africa and
South Asia for Boeing Capital Corporation (BCC), a wholly owned subsidiary of The
Boeing Company that is responsible for arranging, structuring and providing financing
solutions to customers of Boeing products and services. In this role, Omar is responsible
for finding innovative financing solutions for Boeing’s customers in the region. 

He joined Boeing Capital in 2019 and is based in Dubai.

Omar has spent the past two decades in corporate and investment banking
focusing on emerging markets, with an extensive background in aviation, structured
finance, client coverage and risk management. 

In his capacity as a senior banker he has originated, structured and executed major transactions for many leading airlines and lessors encompassing various aircraft financing structures, unsecured credit facilities, capital market issuances and risk management solutions. 

Before joining Boeing Capital, Omar worked for Citigroup, Standard Chartered
Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank.

Omar holds a Master of Science in International Accounting & Finance from the
London School of Economics & Political Science, and a Bachelors in Business
Economics from the University of Durham.
