John started his career in 1990 with Willis Faber and Dumas (now WTW) working in the North American department broking a variety of airline, aerospace and general aviation risks.  After 15 years he joined Chubb, initially underwriting their aerospace portfolio but ultimately being involved in their entire aviation account. John remained at Chubb for 15 years ultimately achieving the position of Chief Underwriting Officer, Aviation, before returning to WTW as Managing Director.
